A bill to amend 1984 PA 425, entitled "An act to permit the conditional transfer of property by con- tract between certain local units of government; to provide for permissive and mandatory provisions in the contract; and to pro- vide for certain conditions upon termination, expiration, or non- renewal of the contract," (MCL 124.21 to 124.30) by amending the title and by adding sec- tion 5a.
