        A bill to amend 1979 PA 94, entitled

   "The state school aid act of 1979,"

   by repealing section 104a (MCL 388.1704a).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         Enacting section 1.  Section 104a of the state school aid

 2    act of 1979, 1979 PA 94, MCL 388.1704a, is repealed.

 3         Enacting section 2.  This amendatory act does not take

 4    effect unless Senate Bill No. ______ or House Bill No. ______

 5    (request no. 04972'97) of the 89th Legislature is enacted into

 6    law.
