        A bill to amend 1980 PA 299, entitled

   "Occupational code,"

   by repealing section 805a (MCL 339.805a).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         Enacting section 1.  Section 805a of the occupational code,

 2    1980 PA 299, MCL 339.805a, is repealed.
