        A bill to amend 1893 PA 206, entitled

   "The general property tax act,"

   by repealing section 39 (MCL 211.39).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         Enacting section 1.  Section 39 of the general property tax

 2    act, 1893 PA 206, MCL 211.39, is repealed.
