        A bill to repeal 1979 PA 72, entitled

   "An act to require the governor to report certain tax expenditure
   items with the annual budget message to the legislature,"

   (MCL 21.271 to 21.296).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         Enacting section 1.  1979 PA 72, MCL 21.271 to 21.296, is

 2    repealed.
