        A bill to amend 1931 PA 214, entitled

   "An act to enact a law to define the offense of felonious driv-
   ing, when committed by the operation of a vehicle and to pre-
   scribe penalties therefor,"

   by amending section 2 (MCL 752.192).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         Sec. 2.  Upon recommendation of the court imposing sen-

 2     tence, the  THE secretary of state shall suspend the operators or

 3    chauffeurs license, if any, of  any  A person convicted

 4     hereunder, for such period as recommended by the court, which

 5     recommendation, when made by the court, shall be included in the

 6     sentence  OF A VIOLATION OR ATTEMPTED VIOLATION OF SECTION 1, AS

 7    PROVIDED IN SECTION 319 OF THE MICHIGAN VEHICLE CODE, 1949 PA

 8    300, MCL 257.319.

 9         Enacting section 1.  This amendatory act takes effect 1 year

10    after the date of its enactment.

 1         Enacting section 2.  This amendatory act does not take

 2    effect unless all of the following bills of the 89th Legislature

 3    are enacted into law:

 4         (a) House Bill No. 4210.
