        A bill to amend 1956 PA 218, entitled

   "The insurance code of 1956,"

   by amending section 2405 (MCL 500.2405), as added by 1986 PA

   173.

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         Sec. 2405.  Each insurer which delivers or issues for deliv-

 2    ery liquor liability insurance policies in this state shall

 3    develop and maintain a server training discount plan pursuant to

 4    this section.  A server training discount plan required under

 5    this section shall provide for a premium discount for liquor

 6    liability insurance policies based upon the completion of a cer-

 7    tified server training course in compliance with the provisions

 8    of the Michigan liquor control  act, Act No. 8 of the Public Acts

 9     of the Extra Session of 1933, being sections 436.1 to 436.58 of
