        A bill to amend 1976 PA 453, entitled

   "Elliott-Larsen civil rights act,"

   by amending section 304 (MCL 37.2304), as added by 1992 PA 70.

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         Sec. 304.  Within 30 days after a determination by the com-

 2    mission that a place of public accommodation that holds a license

 3    issued by the liquor control commission under the Michigan liquor

 4    control  act, Act No. 8 of the Public Acts of the Extra Session

 5     of 1933, being sections 436.1 to 436.58 of the Michigan Compiled

 6     Laws  CODE OF 1998, 1998 PA 58, MCL 436.1101 TO 436.2303, has

 7    violated this article, the commission shall certify that determi-

 8    nation to and shall file a complaint alleging a violation of  Act

 9     No. 8 of the Public Acts of the Extra Session of 1933  THE

10    MICHIGAN LIQUOR CONTROL CODE OF 1998, 1998 PA 58, MCL 436.1101 TO

11    436.2303, with the liquor control commission.
