        A bill to amend the Initiated Law of 1996, entitled

   "Michigan gaming control and revenue act,"

   by amending section 10 (MCL 432.210), as amended by 1997 PA 69.

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         Sec. 10.  Alcoholic beverages shall only be sold or distrib-

 2    uted in a casino pursuant to the Michigan liquor control  act,

 3     1933 (Ex Sess) PA 8, MCL 436.1 to 436.58  CODE OF 1998, 1998 PA

 4    58, MCL 436.1101 TO 436.2303.
