        A bill to amend 1996 PA 236, entitled

   "Regulated occupation support enforcement act,"

   (MCL 338.3431 to 338.3436) by amending the title and by adding

   section 4a.

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1                                  TITLE

 2         An act to provide for the suspension of certain occupational

 3    licenses under certain circumstances; TO REQUIRE SOCIAL SECURITY

 4    NUMBERS ON APPLICATIONS FOR OCCUPATIONAL LICENSES; and to

 5     provide for certain  PRESCRIBE THE powers and
             duties  for  OF

 6    certain state agencies AND DEPARTMENTS.

 7         SEC. 4A.  IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE ENFORCEMENT AND ADMIN-

 8    ISTRATION OF THIS ACT, AN OCCUPATIONAL REGULATORY AGENCY SHALL

 9    REQUIRE EACH APPLICANT FOR A LICENSE OR RENEWAL OF A LICENSE TO

10    INCLUDE HIS OR HER SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER ON THE APPLICATION
