        A bill to designate a highway on Beaver island as a continu-

   ation of highway M-66; and to prescribe the duties of the state

   transportation department.

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         Sec. 1.  The highway on Beaver island known as "Kings

 2    Highway" between Saint James harbor and the lighthouse at Whiskey

 3    point shall be designated as a continuation of highway M-66.

 4         Sec. 2.  The state transportation department shall provide

 5    for the erection of suitable markers on the highway indicating

 6    the name of the highway.
