        A bill to amend 1933 PA 167, entitled

   "General sales tax act,"

   by repealing section 4d (MCL 205.54d).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         Enacting section 1.  Section 4d of the general sales tax

 2    act, 1933 PA 167, MCL 205.54d, is repealed.
