        A bill to amend 1979 PA 152, entitled

   "State license fee act,"

   by amending section 39 (MCL 338.2239), as amended by 1988 PA

   461.

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         Sec. 39.  Fees for a person licensed or seeking licensure as

 2    a residential builder,  or  COMMERCIAL AND
             INDUSTRIAL BUILDER,

 3    residential maintenance and alteration contractor, salesperson,

 4    or branch office under article 24 of the occupational code,

 5     being sections 339.2401 to 339.2412 of the Michigan
             Compiled

 6     Laws  MCL 339.2401 TO 339.2412, are as follows:

 9      (b) Examination fees:
