        A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled

   "Natural resources and environmental protection act,"

   (MCL 324.101 to 324.90106) by adding section 1611.

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         SEC. 1611.  EXCEPT WHILE ENGAGED IN THE ENFORCEMENT OF THE

 2    LAWS UNDER THIS ACT, A CONSERVATION OFFICER SHALL NOT ENFORCE THE

 3    MICHIGAN VEHICLE CODE, 1949 PA 300, MCL 257.1 TO 257.923.
