A joint resolution proposing an amendment to the state con- stitution of 1963, by adding section 25 to article I, to declare the right of the people of Michigan to harvest, hunt, fish, and gather from their renewable resources. Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the state of Michigan, That the following amendment to the state con- stitution of 1963, to declare the right of the people of Michigan to harvest, hunt, fish, and gather from their renewable resources, is proposed, agreed to, and submitted to the people of the state: 1 ARTICLE I 2 SEC. 25. THE PEOPLE OF MICHIGAN HAVE THE RIGHT TO HARVEST, 3 HUNT, FISH, AND GATHER FROM THEIR RENEWABLE RESOURCES.
