A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 4314 AS INTRODUCED 2-23-99


House Bill 4314 would amend the Michigan Transportation Fund act to require the Department of Transportation and all county road commissions to make a written record of each complaint pertaining to the condition of a road within their respective jurisdictions. The complaint information would have to include the date the complaint was made, the exact location of the condition, and the exact nature of the condition.
