A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 5633 AS INTRODUCED 4-18-00


The bill would amend Public Act 182 of 1962, which provides for the regulation, licensing and inspection of agricultural liming materials. The bill would delete language authorizing the director of the Department of Agriculture to promulgate rules to implement the act.
