The bill would add a new section to Part 401 of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act (MCL 324.40113c), regarding wildlife conservation, to specify that an order issued under the provisions of Part 401 could not prohibit the sale of the carcass or parts of a lawfully taken black bear.
