A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 6053 AS INTRODUCED 10-03-00


The bill would amend the Michigan Election Law to require that the typeface used to print the political party designation for each partisan candidate listed on the ballot to either be at least 12-point typeface or be at least the size of the typeface used for the candidate's name.
