1. Office for Safe Schools. The House added language requiring the Office to work with State Police to establish a toll-free school violence hotline, and to publish the State's model policy on firearm safety and awareness. (Sec. 214) |
2. Personal Service Contracts. Section deleted by the Executive which requires the reporting of personal service contracts awarded without competitive bidding under certain conditions. The Senate concurred. The House restored the section. (Sec. 218) |
