CONTENT


The bill would amend the Revised School Code to specify that, if a school district, local act school district, public school academy, intermediate school district, or nonpublic school were the holder of records pertaining to a minor pupil, and if a parent of that minor pupil were prohibited by a domestic violence or stalking PPO from having access to information in records concerning the minor that would inform him or her about the minor's or other parent's address or telephone number or the other parent's employment address, and if the school district or school had received a copy of the PPO, the school district or school could not release that information to the parent who was subject to the PPO.
