CONTENT


The bill would create a new act to designate highway M-109 in Leelanau County as the "D.H. Day Highway".


The State Department of Transportation would be required to provide for the erection of suitable markers at the approach of the part of the highway described above, indicating the name of that part of the highway, only when sufficient private contributions were received to cover completely the cost of erecting those markers.
