        A bill to make appropriations for the department of consumer and

   industry services and certain other state purposes for the fiscal year

   ending September 30, 2000; to provide for the expenditure of the appro-

   priations; and to provide for the disposition of fees and other income

   received by the state agencies.

                   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

               1          Sec. 101.  There is appropriated for the department of consumer and

               2     industry services for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2000, from the

               3     following funds:

               9          Sec. 202.  The appropriations made and expenditures authorized under

              10     this act and the departments, commissions, boards, offices, and programs
