        A bill to make appropriations for the legislature, the judiciary,

   the executive, the department of attorney general, the department of

   state, the department of treasury, the department of management and

   budget, the department of civil service, the department of civil rights,

   and certain state purposes related thereto for the fiscal year ending

   September 30, 2000; to provide for the expenditure of the appropriations;

   to provide for the disposition of fees and other income received by the

   state agencies; and to declare the effect of this act.

                   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

               1          Sec. 101.  There is appropriated for the legislature, the judiciary,

               2     the executive, the department of attorney general, the department of

               3     state, the department of treasury, the department of management and

               4     budget, the department of civil service, the department of civil rights,

               1     and certain state purposes related thereto, for the fiscal year ending

               2     September 30, 2000, from the following funds:

               4          Sec. 201.  In accordance with the provisions of section 30 of arti-

               5     cle IX of the state constitution of 1963, total state spending from state

               6     resources in this appropriations act for the fiscal year ending

               7     September 30, 2000 is $_______________ and state appropriations paid to

               8     units of local government are 0.

               9          Sec. 202.  The appropriations made and expenditures authorized under

              10     this act and the departments, commissions, boards, offices, and programs

              11     for which appropriations are made under this act are subject to the man-

              12     agement and budget act, 1984 PA 431, MCL 18.1101 to 18.1594.
