        A bill to make appropriations for the department of environmental

   quality for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2000; to provide for the

   expenditure of the appropriations; and to provide for the disposition of

   fees and other income received by the various state agencies.

                   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

               1          Sec. 101.  There is appropriated for the department of environmental

               2     quality for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2000, from the following

               3     funds:
