        A bill to designate the cherry burger as the official burger

   of this state.

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         Sec. 1.  The cherry burger that contains cherries grown in

 2    this state is designated as the official burger of this state.
