        A bill to repeal 1883 PA 122, entitled

   "An act to provide for branding certain livestock; to provide for
   certain powers and duties of certain state agencies; and to pre-
   scribe application procedures and fees,"

   (MCL 287.221 to 287.223).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

           Enacting section 1. 1883 PA 122, MCL 287.221 to 287.223, is
