        A bill to amend 1977 PA 89, entitled

   "State aid to public libraries act,"

   by amending section 13 (MCL 397.563).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

           Sec.  13.  A cooperative library shall be granted continuing

      state aid at the rate of  50 cents  $1.50 per capita for its

      served population.
