        A bill to amend 1980 PA 350, entitled

   "The nonprofit health care corporation reform act,"

   (MCL 550.1101 to 550.1704) by adding section 401i.

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

           SEC. 401I.  SECTION 2213C OF THE INSURANCE CODE OF 1956,

      1956 PA 218, MCL 500.2213C, APPLIES TO A HEALTH CARE CORPORATION.

           Enacting section 1.  This amendatory act takes effect

 4
      January 1, 2001.

           Enacting section 2.  This amendatory act does not take

 6
      effect unless Senate Bill No. _______ or House Bill No. 5884

 7
      (request no. 06061'00) of the 90th Legislature is enacted into

      law.
