SENATE BILL NO. 543


   April 27, 1999, Introduced by Senator HOFFMAN and referred to 
        the Committee on Human Resources, Labor, Senior Citizens 
        and Veterans Affairs.



        A bill to repeal 1953 PA 140, entitled

   "An act to increase the efficiency of the military establishment;
   and to repeal certain acts and parts of acts,"

   (MCL 32.261 to 32.262).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 1         Enacting section 1.  1953 PA 140, MCL 32.261 to 32.262, is

 2    repealed.
