A bill to amend 1851 PA 151, entitled

"An act to provide for the government of the state university,

and to repeal chapter 57 of the Revised Statutes of 1846,"

by repealing sections 12 and 13 (MCL 390.12 and 390.13).

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

1 Enacting section 1. Sections 12 and 13 of 1851 PA 151, MCL

2 390.12 and 390.13, are repealed.
