ENROLLED SENATE BILL No. 1125

AN ACT to repeal 1861 PA 263, entitled "An act to provide for the floating of logs and timber in the streams of this state," (MCL 426.51 to 426.57).

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. 1861 PA 263, MCL 426.51 to 426.57, is repealed.

This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
