ENROLLED SENATE BILL No. 1159

AN ACT to amend 1972 PA 354, entitled "An act to authorize the replacement or payment without presentation of lost, destroyed or wrongfully taken bonds or other evidences of indebtedness issued by public corporations; and to prescribe the powers and duties of certain departments and agencies," by repealing section 5 (MCL 129.135).

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. Section 5 of 1972 PA 354, MCL 129.135, is repealed.

This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
