ENROLLED SENATE BILL No. 1073

AN ACT to repeal 1919 PA 96, entitled "An act to provide for official county cream testers, the purchase of testing equipment, and prescribing their duties," (MCL 288.181 to 288.184).

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. 1919 PA 96, MCL 288.181 to 288.184, is repealed.

This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
