ENROLLED HOUSE BILL No. 5600
AN ACT to repeal 1921 PA 340, entitled "An act to provide for the laying out, establishing, construction, improvement and maintenance of a public wagon road from the city of Monroe in Monroe county to the boundary line between the states of Ohio and Michigan, to designate the character and general location of such road, to define the powers and duties of the state highway commissioner with reference thereto and to provide for the payment of the cost thereof," (MCL 250.181).
The People of the State of Michigan enact:
Enacting section 1. 1921 PA 340, MCL 250.181, is repealed.
This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
