AN ACT to amend 1846 RS 12, entitled "Of certain state officers," by repealing section 3 (MCL 10.3).

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. Section 3 of 1846 RS 12, MCL 10.3, is repealed.

This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
