ADDENDUM TO SENATE FISCAL AGENCY ANALYSIS OF SB 562 DATED 11-19-01:

HOUSE COMMITTEE ACTION:

The members of the House Education Committee adopted a substitute which incorporates one amendment to the Senate-passed version of the bill. Under the Senate-passed version of the bill, a school district would have 24 hours to respond.

POSITIONS:

The Department of Treasury supports the bill. (3-21-02)

The Macomb Intermediate School District supports the bill. (3-21-02)
