ADDENDUM TO SENATE FISCAL AGENCY ANALYSIS OF SB 1028 DATED 2-21-02:
HOUSE COMMITTEE ACTION:
The committee adopted two amendments. The first amendment deleted the increase in fines for felony offenses. (This provision is contained in House Bill 5858.) The second amendment added an effective date of January 1, 2003.
POSITIONS:
The Department of State Police is neutral on the bill. (5-21-02)
