A SUMMARY OF HOUSE BILL 5075 AS INTRODUCED 9-20-01

The bill would amend the Michigan Election Law to eliminate the option of voting a straight party ticket.

The bill also would amend sections of the election law dealing with primary elections to remove the prohibition on voting on more than one party ticket.
