House Changes to Senate-Passed:
1. State Police Grant. The House reduced the State Trunkline Fund (STF) grant to the Department of State Police for motor carrier enforcement and returned the funding ($1.4 million) to the State road and bridge construction line. 0
2. University Road Improvement Program. The House eliminated the $1.0 million STF line item for university roads included by the Senate. The funding is returned to the State road and bridge construction line. 0
3. Critical Bridge Earmark. The House removed $6.0 million in Federal bridge funding from the State road and bridge construction line and $18.0 million in Federal funds from the local federal aid line and transferred the funding to the critical bridge line. The adjustment earmarks 20% of Federal bridge funds for local bridges. Currently, 15% of Federal bridge funds are designated for local bridges. 0
4. Local Bus Operating Assistance. The House eliminated the $10.0 million contingency appropriation for local bus operating created by the Senate, but added $6,200,200 million in additional estimated revenue from the Comprehensive Transportation Fund (CTF). (3,799,800)
