1. Luxury Vehicles. Prohibit State appropriation expenditures for lease or purchase of luxury vehicles or chauffeur services for university officials. (Sec. 217) |

3. Kendall College. Clarify that only students enrolled in Kendall College programs at Ferris are eligible for tuition grants. (Sec. 302(7)) |
