        A bill to amend 1958 PA 204, entitled

   "An act to fix the compensation and mileage of constitutional
   convention delegates,"

   by amending section 3 (MCL 2.53).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

             Sec. 3.  The compensation for services shall be paid

 2
        semi-monthly, and the mileage shall be paid monthly, by the state

 3
        treasurer  upon warrants of the auditor general  prepared from

 4
        vouchers submitted by the secretary of the convention, out of

 5
        appropriations made for the expenses of the convention, in

 6
        accordance with the accounting laws of  the  THIS state.
