THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT: 1 Sec. 1.That in all cases whereIN ALL CASES IN WHICH the 2 state is a party or interested, in which the attorney general 3 participates, whenever it becomes necessary to subpoena witnesses 4,or to defray other necessary expenses ofsuchTHAT litiga- 5 tion, the attorney general is hereby authorized to present a 6 voucher for the amount that hedeemsOR SHE CONSIDERS necessary 7,to theauditor general, and the auditor general shall there-8upon draw his warrant upon thestate treasurer forsaidTHAT 9 amount, and the state treasurer shall paythe sameTHAT AMOUNT 02213'01 JLB 2 1 to the attorney general out of anymoneysMONEY not otherwise 2 appropriated in the treasury. 3 Sec. 2.
