A bill to amend 1883 PA 197, entitled "An act to provide for the disposition of certain lands granted to the state of Michigan for railroad purposes by acts of con- gress of June 3, 1856, and March 4, 1879, upon the route from Grand Haven to Flint and thence to Port Huron, in the state of Michigan; to secure the title thereto to bona fide settlers and purchasers; to provide for the further sale thereof, and to pro- vide for the adjustment of certain taxes heretofore assessed thereon," by amending section 10 (MCL 322.460). THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT: 1 Sec. 10.
