   "Michigan vehicle code,"

   by repealing sections 712 and 713 (MCL 257.712 and 257.713).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

             Enacting section 1.  Sections 712 and 713 of the Michigan

        vehicle code, 1949 PA 300, MCL 257.712 and 257.713, are

        repealed.
