        A bill to repeal 1927 PA 98, entitled

   "An act authorizing the state highway commissioner of the state
   of Michigan to enter into an agreement with the Wisconsin state
   highway commission to construct an interstate bridge project
   extending from approximately the intersection of Ogden avenue and
   Chandler street in the city of Menominee, Michigan, in a straight
   line terminating at the approximate center of Dunlap square in
   the city of Marinette, Wisconsin, and to provide for the cost and
   expense thereof,"

   (MCL 254.121 to 254.123).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

             Enacting section 1.  1927 PA 98, MCL 254.121 to 254.123, is

        repealed.
