        A bill to repeal 1946 (1st Ex Sess) PA 18, entitled

   "An act to authorize counties to provide a program of adult edu-
   cation; to provide personnel and equipment; to require approval
   of the superintendent of public instruction; and to authorize
   county appropriations therefor,"

   (MCL 388.531 to 388.533).

               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

             Enacting section 1.  1946 (1st Ex Sess) PA 18, MCL 388.531
