               THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

             SEC. 24A.  A LICENSEE IS SUBJECT TO AND SHALL COMPLY WITH

        ALL OF THE REQUIREMENTS OF PART 3A OF THE HOME IMPROVEMENT
