SENATE BILL No. 1057

A bill to amend 1925 PA 12, entitled

"An act to provide for the laying out and establishing of addi-

tional trunk line mileage; to make all roads that have been

improved as federal aid projects, and all roads that have been,

or that may hereafter be, approved for federal aid, trunk line

highways; to provide for the widening, altering or straightening

of trunk line highways; to provide for the abandonment, alter-

ation or change of any portion of the trunk line highway; and to

repeal all acts and parts of acts inconsistent herewith,"

by repealing section 2 (MCL 250.112).

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

1 Enacting section 1. Section 2 of 1925 PA 12, MCL 250.112,

2 is repealed.
