ENROLLED SENATE BILL No. 67

AN ACT to amend 1846 RS 83, entitled "Of marriage and the solemnization thereof," by repealing section 6 (MCL 551.6).

The People of the State of Michigan enact:

Enacting section 1. Section 6 of 1846 RS 83, MCL 551.6, is repealed.

This act is ordered to take immediate effect.
